Altra Home Health in Beech Grove is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. You’ll perform assessments, deliver G-tube feedings, wound care, and ventilator support as needed, while educating families and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours with flexible day/evening/weekend options; CPR certification required and Indiana license active.
