Pyramid Design and Construction is looking for a motivated and dependable Plumber Helper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of plumbing experience who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the trades. You'll assist licensed plumbers with a variety of installation, service, and repair projects—learning from the best while making meaningful contributions on job sites.

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Help diagnose leaks, clogs, and basic plumbing issues
• Load and unload materials, prepare job sites, and maintain clean work areas
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

• Minimum 1 year of residential or commercial plumbing experience
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools, materials, and processes
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Plumbing trade school or apprenticeship experience
• Familiarity with drain cleaning, fixture installation, or water heater work
• OSHA 10 Certification
