Beek is op zoek naar een mbo niveau 4 Verpleegkundige die bijdraagt aan warme, persoonsgerichte zorg voor bewoners met dementie. Je werkt zelfstandig maar staat niet alleen; je zet een passend zorgplan en biedt ondersteuning aan bewoners en collega’s.
Je hebt een BIG-registratie en ervaring met complexe zorgvragen. Ervaring met verpleegtechnische handelingen, protocollen en richtlijnen is vereist, en je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
