Salary & Benefits:
Strong salary (approx. 30k RMB a month upwards depending on qualifications and experience) and a benefits package that includes 2 flights per year, accommodation, medical insurance, relocation allowance, and other perks.
We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Junior School EAL Teacher to join a high-performing and collaborative team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Uphold the School’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
Foster a spirit of academic inquiry and a love of learning among students.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English as an Additional Language (EAL) for Junior School students.
Adapt the curriculum to meet the individual needs of students, including those with varying English proficiency levels.
Provide individual and small-group instruction to support students’ language development.
Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress in EAL learning.
Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the wider school programs.
Maintain professional competence through continuous professional development and collaborative learning with colleagues.
Candidates must have:
At least two years of post-qualification teaching experience.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching license from your home country.
