Job Description
  • Prepare journal entries for audit and maintain the general ledger.
  • Responsible for month‑end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, and other financial reports.
  • Review and monitor financial performance and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of company bank accounts.
  • In‑charge of invoicing, monitoring receivables, and follow up collection from customers.
  • Prepare purchase orders, review and process payment invoice, and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies.
  • Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes.
Qualifications and Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or any relevant major with a minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Preferably having experience in related roles at least 2 years, but fresh graduate can be considered.
  • Good knowledge in general accounting and Tax.
  • Strong computer knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail is crucial.
  • Good communication skills.
