The Senior Accountant is responsible for the hands‑on management and execution of Resindo’s core finance and accounting functions.

This role is finance‑focused and delivery‑oriented, with a clear requirement that the Senior Accountant personally performs the main accounting work, supported by accounts clerks where applicable.

This position does not include company administration, permitting, tender coordination, or business development responsibilities.

Finance & Accounting (Primary Responsibility)

Maintain full and accurate company accounts in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.

Prepare and post accounting journals, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Prepare internal financial reports for management, including:

Cashflow reports
Work in Progress (WIP) summaries
Project cost and revenue summaries

Control accounts receivable and accounts payable, including:

Invoicing to clients
Monitoring payment status and follow‑up
Processing supplier and Sub Consultant payments

Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.

Manage company cashflow, bank accounts, and payment processing.

Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for:

External audits
Management review
Tax and statutory reporting (in coordination with tax specialists)

Coordination & Interfaces

Commercial & Cost Control Manager

Reconciliation of project costs, commitments, and WIP

Administration & Stakeholder Coordination Manager

Payroll inputs and employee‑related administrative data (non‑financial)

Accounts Clerks

Review and checking of routine accounting entries

External auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory).

Minimum 8–10 years’ relevant accounting experience.

Proven experience performing hands‑on accounting roles, not purely managerial positions.

Experience in engineering consultancy, EPC, EPCM, or professional services environments preferred.

Experience in minerals, metals, or coal sector projects is an advantage.

Additional Information

Based in Jakarta (Grand Galaxy City, South Bekasi).

This is a company finance role, not project‑specific.

Appointment subject to passing a company medical test.

Initial contract appointment, with potential transition to permanent staff based on performance.
