Job OverviewThe role of Accounting Staff at the Bekasi plant supports the financial health of the manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include managing cash, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Qualifications- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates are welcome if they show passion and basic accounting knowledge. - Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus but not mandatory. Attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Technical skills:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP) is desirable. - Ability to prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow).
- Non‑technical skills:
Detail‑oriented, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, strong communication, and teamwork. - Willingness to be stationed in the Bekasi plant.
- Record financial transactions including receipts, payments, and bank entries; verify and post journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records and reconcile between financial modules.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial statements – profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
- Maintain and file financial documents, including invoices and tax invoices, to support audits.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and HR departments to collect data and resolve financial issues.
- Process vendor payments and employee salary payments according to company procedures.
