Verify and review vouchers, financial transaction documents, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Input verified vouchers into the accounting software (SAP).
Prepare data and documentation required for audit purposes.
Collaborate with the tax department to assist in tax calculation and recording.
Assist in preparing the company’s monthly financial reports.
Support the Accounting Manager in reviewing and analyzing journal entries in SAP.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Axapta is an advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a dynamic work environment.
