Financial Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring on‑time payments according to the payment schedule.
• Maintaining cash allocation for trade and non‑trade payments.
• Ensuring financial transactions are authorized, recorded, and filed with adequate supporting documents.
• Organizing and archiving supporting documents for all transactions in an orderly manner.
• Reviewing monthly closing procedures.
• Preparing monthly reports required by Management.
• Conducting forecasts and budgeting activities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounting Supervisor role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a relevant professional certification.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage an accounting team with excellent people‑management skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience using accounting software (Accurate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, detail orientation, and effective communication skills.
