PT Dwiasri Graha (Brand: Forsch Medical), a medical device distribution company, is currently seeking a Depot Administrator to join our team in Solo.

• Manage collection schedules and regularly follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process billing and collection documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, reconcile transactions, and support the accounts receivable closing process.
• Prepare cash flow reports and collection administration reports.
• Manage the depot's petty cash.
• Coordinate daily depot operations and resolve collection-related issues.
• Handle depot personnel administration.

• Minimum education:
  
  Vocational High School (SMK) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
• Willing to be based in Solo or the surrounding area.
