Manage and record financial transactions, sales, and purchases. Manage AR, AP, invoices, and payments. Monitor cash flow, operational costs, and inventory. Prepare financial reports and sales reports periodically. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial data. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams regarding financial transactions.
Key responsibilities- Manage and record financial transactions, sales, and purchases
- Manage AR, AP, invoices, and payments
- Monitor cash flow, operational costs, and inventory
- Prepare financial reports and sales reports periodically
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial data
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams regarding financial transactions
- Minimal S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Understanding of basic accounting, AR, AP, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
