As a Civil & Construction Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance with approved plans. This position is responsible for overseeing project implementation while ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

• Supervise and control day-to-day construction project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors regarding project implementation, construction materials, and site requirements.
• Monitor on-site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines are consistently maintained.
• Identify and resolve site issues while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to support project progress.
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation related to construction activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar role within building construction or contractor companies.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in managing assigned construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, project execution, and site supervision practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
