Project Supervisor

The company seeks an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the team in Medan Satria, Bekasi, West Java. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire construction process according to prevailing quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate between technical teams, monitor progress, and inspect material and workmanship quality.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site and provide periodic reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in construction.
- Skills in Construction Safety, Construction Management, and Construction Site Management are highly desired.
- Strong communication, self‑management, and teamwork abilities.
- Male candidates only.
Work Arrangement – Hybrid model.
