COORDINATOR - FITNESS (SUMMARECON MALL BEKASI)

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Sport Science, or health-related field
• Min. 1 year experience in fitness/gym operations, preferably with expertise in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, or martial arts
• Knowledge of exercise principles, fitness methods & technology
• Ability to use first aid procedures
• Familiar with gym equipment operation & maintenance
• Ability to prepare administrative paperwork and enforce safety procedures
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi

• Supervise, coach, and develop the gym team to achieve company goals
• Provide input in hiring, discipline, and performance review of gym staff
• Organize training sessions (private & group) for members according to schedule
• Ensure gym culture is safe, fun, community-oriented, and member-focused
• Monitor gym operations, appearance, and member satisfaction
• Resolve escalated member issues and provide on-the-spot coaching to staff
• Collaborate with department heads on reports, plans, and improvement strategies
• Promote gym programs and services to achieve monthly KPIs
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in daily gym operations
