- Pendidikan Min. S1 Teknik Sipil
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun posisi yang sama dibidang konstruksi bangunan
- Memahami struktur dan material konstruksi
- Memiliki kemampuan membaca dan menganalisa gambar teknik 240.C
- Memiliki kemampuan menyusun Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerja (AHSP)
- Bisa menggunakan software untuk estimasi konstruksi, Excel dan Auto CAD
- Memahami Proses Tender dan Pembuatan Penawaran Proyek Konstruksi
- Memahami Evaluasi Resiko dan Biaya Proyek
