Valeo is seeking a Customer Service Contact in our SIOP/MPS team in Bekasi to ensure customer demands are integrated into production schedules and orders are loaded accurately. You will coordinate with procurement, production and logistics to meet targeted service levels and maintain clear communication with customers.
The role requires strong ERP/EDI familiarity, excellent communication, and ability to manage complex schedules and packaging constraints in a global, multi-cultural environment.
