Japanese Speaker Guest Service - Property

Our client is a Japanese Property Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Guest Service Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with Japanese guests by providing interpretation and translation support
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide information about residence facilities, services, and local areas
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in Japanese and other required languages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
• Follow established security procedures and emergency protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min High School degree
• Conversational Japanese (own N2 cert.) & Conversational English proficiency
• 1 year of experience as Front Desk / Guest Service from Hotel / Service Apartment
• Friendly, well-mannered, polite, with a neat looking, Strong communication skills, Customer-oriented, Confident
