Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Remote Facilities Hygiene Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support on hygiene protocols, sanitation standards, and best practices across all company facilities, operating entirely remotely. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment for all stakeholders, leveraging your insights to drive continuous improvement in our client's sanitation initiatives without needing to be on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and update comprehensive hygiene and sanitation guidelines tailored to different facility types and operational needs.
- Provide virtual consultation and support to site managers and facility staff on best practices for cleaning, disinfection, and waste management.
- Research and recommend innovative cleaning technologies, products, and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our client s protocols remain current and compliant.
- Assist in the development and delivery of virtual training modules for staff on hygiene protocols.
- Analyze data from facility reports and feedback to recommend strategic improvements to sanitation programs.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facility hygiene, sanitation management, or public health, with a focus on best practices.
- In-depth understanding of cleaning science, disinfection protocols, and environmental health standards
. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely using collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective guidance.
- Experience in developing training materials or conducting virtual training sessions is a plus.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CMI, ISSA CIMS-GB) is advantageous.
