We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused, and driven individual to join our team as a Designer
—a role responsible for developing innovative ceramic tile designs, creating marketing presentations, and delivering product concepts that match customer preferences, market trends, and business objectives in a B2B environment.

If you are passionate about design, enjoy transforming ideas into unique product concepts, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.

• Develop innovative ceramic tile designs from concept to mock-up while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand design preferences, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage design projects from concept development, revisions, and final approval while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Adjust and refine designs to ensure product feasibility and smooth factory production.
• Create marketing pitch materials and present design concepts to customers together with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Develop visual designs for customer presentations, showrooms, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
• Visual Communication Design
• Architecture
• Product Design
• Kriya Keramik/Tekstil
• GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00
• Graduation year: 2023 – 2026
• Fluent in English
• Able to translate customer needs and preferences into relevant design solutions.
• Able to present ideas clearly and build effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Able to respond to changing requirements and develop practical solutions.
