Job Description

Provide coaching and training sessions, becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under guidance of Academic Team.

Consult students or parents with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain engagement.

Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students in addressing academic issues and solutions.

Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.

Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.

Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.

Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.

Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance learning, as needed by Headquarter.

Collaborate with curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives, as needed by Headquarter.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Previous teaching experience with at least 1 year teaching at school or courses; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
• Will be placed in Brain Academy Branch Bekasi (Jatiasih).
