• Provide assistance with admission activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions
• Support in reviewing admissions applications, write summaries and make recommendations regarding acceptance
• Carry out registration form selling process (e.g., conduct sales, registration and admission test activities)
• Perform daily operational that compliance with admissions procedure (e.g., proper correspondence, admission documentation is received and acknowledged, filed)
• Ensure admission document completeness and conduct overall process admissions documents submissions
• Arrange admission test schedule and venue
• Inform admission test procedure to prospective students
• Follow up prospective customers after admission test acceptance
• Support in required marketing events (e.g., open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, off campus events)
• Provide information related to product and services (i.e., programs offered, tuition fees, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved)
• Maintain and update the database of prospective students and ensure the accuracy with confidentiality of related process
• Respond queries from prospective students related to admission procedure and other related process
• Management Support
Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisoro Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management Systemo Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement:
• Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)
