Formulatrix Mechanical Engineering Talent Day is a one-day, on-site hiring event in Bekasi designed to accelerate the recruitment of Mechanical Design Engineers and Robotics Engineers through a focused and efficient selection process.

What you'll do
- Conducting research and analysis to develop new mechanical product concepts
- Designing parts and systems using engineering and CAD tools
- Building and test prototypes
- Refine designs until they are ready for manufacturing
- Working with cross-functional teams during monitoring and commissioning engineering systems
What we are looking for
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have experience in design and manufacturing (machining & fabrication).
- Proficient in CAD/CAM (Solid Works or Onshape is a plus) and familiar with CNC machine operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge in kinematics, precision & moving assemblies, and small mechanisms/SPM.
- Experienced in design improvement, trials, root cause analysis, and participation in DFMEA/PFMEA
- Detail oriented, fast learner and strong problem solving
- Good interpersonal and teamwork working skill
- Have a good communication in english
- Willing to work in Salatiga

- Conducting testing, prototypes and optimization
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues
- Working with cross-functional teams during monitoring and commissioning engineering systems
What we are looking for
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in automation/robotics projects (academic or professional).
- Skilled in microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi), motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Strong mechanical foundation & knowledge of high-precision robotics.
- Proficient in Python, C++, or C#.
- Detail oriented, fast learner and strong problem solving
- Good interpersonal and teamwork working skill
- Have a good communication in english
- Willing to work in Salatiga.
