Quality System Engineering

Responsibilities

• Implement, update, and maintain quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Prepare and follow up on the internal audit plan.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Follow up on non-conformity corrective actions/closures and verify resolution.
• Manage the QC Laboratory.
• Take an active role in root cause analysis for quality defects and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards and regulations.
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming documents.
• Classify and index documents for easy retrieval.
• Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
• Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to document content or formatting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address document-related concerns.
