Maintenance Manager

Overview

Allure Industries. We are the leading providers of aluminium systems for facades, both residential and commercial projects. We design, produce and install interior and exterior products made from aluminium for high rise building and residential. Now we are looking for energetic, self-driven, experienced team player to contribute in making excellence performance.

• Proven leadership capability, able to lead large maintenance teams across shifts and functions (Supervisors, Technicians, and External Vendors).
• Able to develop and manage maintenance strategies, SOPs, and maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, machine availability).
• Experience handling extrusion machines, press machines, or heavy manufacturing equipment is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC basic–intermediate programming, power and control circuits, and basic automation.
• Solid understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive to potential equipment problems; able to communicate effectively with Plant Manager, Production, Engineering, and Top Management.
• Experience in maintenance budgeting, spare parts management, and coordination with procurement.
• Able to communicate effectively with Plant Manager, Production, Engineering, and Top Management.
• Willing to be on standby for emergency situations and able to make quick decisions during critical breakdowns.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience handling extrusion machines, press machines, or heavy manufacturing equipment is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC basic–intermediate programming, power and control circuits, and basic automation.
• Solid understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
• Able to develop and manage maintenance strategies, SOPs, and maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, machine availability).
• Good knowledge of lubrication systems, alignment, balancing, and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical machine issues.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive to potential equipment problems; strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical/engineering mindset.
• Proven leadership capability, able to lead large maintenance teams across shifts and functions (Supervisors, Technicians, and External Vendors).
• Experience in maintenance budgeting, spare parts management, and coordination with procurement.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for technical communication, documentation, and coordination with foreign vendors or engineers.
• Willing to be placed at Plant Cibitung, West Java.
