Supervisor Utility

Supervise the utility team (5-10 people) in preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical systems, generators, cold room chillers, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Prepare and implement monthly/annual maintenance schedules in accordance with ISO 9001 & K3 standards.

Monitoring utility consumption (electricity, water, generator fuel) via meter reading and cost efficiency analysis.

Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs (compressor chillers) and vendor performance evaluations.

Conduct daily inspections of facilities (backup generators, water pumps, exhaust fans) and report incidents/near misses to the Management.

Manage utility spare parts inventory (stock at least 3 months) and Department budget.

Safety utility training for the team to ensure ISO 45001 compliance.

Support emergency response such as power failure or freon cold storage leakage.

Minimum education of D3/ S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Air Systems, or Mechanical Engineering (equivalent experience accepted).

(Mandatory) minimum 3 years of experience in the position of utility supervisor in the Cold Storage (ammonia refrigeration systems).

Has a certificate of Electrical K3 Expert, Generator Operator/APU (>100 KVA), and Brevet A1 Medium Voltage Electricity.

Understand the regulations of PLN, Energy and Mineral Resources (generators), and PU (plumbing/fire protection).

Age 30-45 years, strong leadership, can work in the evening/weekend field.

Domiciled in Bekasi/ Karawang/ East Jakarta (private vehicle preferred).
