You will lead the engineering for our Core Banking platform program, as we move from SAP Banking Services to SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK) and HANA. We operate our Core Banking platforms 100% in Public Cloud. In this important role, you will contribute to the architectural vision and design of the Core Banking Platform, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of our business.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will own decisioning and accountability on solution engineering on the Core Banking platform (SAP TRBK). You will lead critical decisions and support a team of engineers towards improving reliability and operational excellence on the Platform. Your hands‑on approach will be instrumental in contributing to the best practice design of our SAP Platform ensuring the platform is highly performant, reliable, and built to scale.
You will help cultivate a culture of learning and mastery within the engineering team, guiding and mentoring engineers on best practice design and implementation.
