QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
- Technical
Skills:
Expert in preparing Bill of Quantities (RAB/Cost Estimation). - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decisiveness, problem-solving skills, and high integrity.
- Location: Based in Bekasi area.
- Maintenance Planning: Organize Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance and repair activities in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Coordination: Coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Technical Support: Perform troubleshooting for technical issues on-site.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (RAB) for MEP maintenance and repairs.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and project timelines.
- Reporting: Generate periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for Mechanical and Electrical (ME) work.
- Health & Safety: Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (K3/HSE) protocols are strictly implemented.
