  • Monitor daily conditions of utility systems (HVAC, boiler, compressor, chiller, genset, WWTP, etc.)
  • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on utility equipment
  • Support calibration activities for measuring instruments
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in utility systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, servicing, and calibration
  • Prepare routine reports on maintenance activities and system performance
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (min. GPA 3.00)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in utility, maintenance, or engineering is a plus
    • Basic understanding of industrial utility systems and maintenance concepts
    • Able to read technical drawings or wiring diagrams
    • Detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined
    • Willing to be based in Bekasi
