PT. Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a qualified QC Engineer (Electrical) to ensure quality compliance of critical power systems in a Tier III Data Center project.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance of electrical systems with Data Center standards (Uptime Tier, client specs, PUIL, IEC)
- Perform inspection and quality control for MV/LV, UPS, genset, transformer, grounding & PDU systems
- Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Verify redundancy (N+1), fault tolerance, and system reliability requirements
- Conduct testing & commissioning verification (insulation test, load test, energization)
- Monitor installation quality and identify non-conformance (NCR/CAR)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NFPA, NEC, and local regulations
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineer, QA/QC team, and subcontractors
- Maintain QC documentation (ITP, checklist, reports, as-built)
- Prepare and review MOP and MOS documents
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handover
