Rubber Compound Development Engineer (FG Welcome) - Rubber - Bekasi (B-131228)
Our client is a Rubber Company
. Currently, they are looking for a Rubber Compound Development Engineer.
- Research and develop new formulations for the butyl rubber currently produced by the company.
- Develop new butyl rubber products that meet market needs and customer requirements.
- Conduct formulation evaluation, testing, and analysis.
- Report development progress and results to the Manager, Director, and company executives when required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in rubber formulation development, compound development, or material development.
- Experience in research and development of rubber products, preferably butyl rubber.
- Knowledge of rubber materials, compounding processes, and product evaluation methods.
- Ability to conduct formulation analysis, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in technology (chemical related is preferred).
- Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in product development based on customer requirements and market needs.
- Experience working with production departments during product commercialization.
- Experience preparing technical reports and presenting development results to management.
