We are looking for Engineer Intern
. This is a 12‑month Internship Program, based in Bekasi. Be part of a future which is full of delicious moments created locally, by you!

• Support engineering projects related to installation and commissioning of machinery and production lines
• Assist in ensuring smooth production processes with minimal downtime
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to avoid machine breakdowns
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Safety teams to ensure alignment of project and operational plans
• Contribute to improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in monitoring and reporting engineering performance and project progress

• Under graduate students in Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong interest in project-based engineering work (installation to commissioning)
• Basic understanding of machinery systems (preferred)
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Problem‑solving mindset, especially related to production efficiency and breakdown issues
• Able to work in cross‑functional environments
