- Integrating the design of the whole vehicle in 3D, 2D drawings, and actual vehicle conditions.
- Measuring parts, creating rough sketches, and developing 3D & 2D drawings, including wire harness routing in installation drawings according to design requirements.
- Calculating and defining material composition, determining production methods through installation drawings.
- Leading and following up on design-related issues by collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Quality departments.
- Identifying problems from drawings, actual parts, and actual vehicles, then determining the required design changes.
- Standardizing all design requirements (torque values, materials, past problems, and critical items) to prevent recurring issues.
- Identifying potential issues during the drawing process and providing appropriate solutions to address concern items.
