Design Engineering Supervisor

• Reviewing and approving engineering designs, coordinating prototype development and validation activities, and managing engineering change processes
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle
• Driving innovation, improving product performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements

• Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, with experience in product design, engineering development, and manufacturing environments
• Ability to lead teams, solve complex technical challenges, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Track record to strengthen engineering leadership, support business growth, and enhance the organization s product development and innovation capabilities
