Senior Finance Accounting & TAx

Responsibilities

• Gathering information and handling the tax compliance including as appointed admin in Coretax, such as Income Taxes, Withholding Taxes and VAT
• Preparing all tax reconciliations, for monthly and annual reporting purposes
• Bookkeeping and preparing journal entries
• Checking and processing invoices, reimbursements, and cash advance
• Preparing the financial summary (such as: Aging, Summary, worksheet, etc) related to balance account and for the annual report preparation needs

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, SPT, BPJS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software
• Experience with coretax
• Having Brevet A/B certification preferred
• Comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and knowledge in international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus
• Have an experience in the Independent Audit or Tax Consultant firm will be more preferable
