Financial Accountant; Chinese Proficient

You will ensure all financial operations comply with Indonesian accounting standards while supporting consolidated reporting to Taiwan HQ. This position requires strong accounting discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with HQ and regional teams in Mandarin.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
• Manage daily accounting operations:
  General Ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, accruals, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements:
  • Balance Sheet
  • Cash Flow Statement
• Submit reports to Taiwan HQ based on required formats and schedules.
• Communicate regularly with Taiwan HQ Finance in Mandarin regarding reporting, adjustments, and financial alignment.
• Support cross-border consolidation and financial reviews.
• Participate in financial system/process alignment between Indonesia and HQ.

• Ensure compliance for PPn, PPh
  21, PPh
  23, PPh
  25, and corporate tax filings.
• Work with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Prepare audit documentation and support regulatory filings.

• Monitor cash inflow/outflow and maintain healthy working capital levels.
• Review supplier invoices, payments, and reimbursement claims.
• Design, implement, and improve financial SOPs and internal control procedures.

• Assist in annual budget preparation and forecast updates.
• Track variances and provide analysis to management.

Opportunities to travel to KMC Vietnam or Taiwan for training, alignment, and system familiarisation if needed.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CPA/CMA) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (speaking, reading, writing).
• English proficiency is a strong plus.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
