Responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance and reporting obligations across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings. Additionally supports the Accounting & Finance team through reconciliations, accruals, and fiscal adjustments; engages with tax authorities on audits and inquiries; and drives process improvements to strengthen governance and minimize tax risks.

The key responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations (monthly, quarterly, and annual filings)
• Prepare and submit withholding tax reports (Articles 22, 23, 4, and 25)
• Manage VAT reporting, restitution, and reconciliation with accounting records
• Handle corporate income tax calculations and reporting
• Respond to tax authority inquiries (SP2DK) and manage audits
• Maintain documentation and provide tax slips to vendors and employees
• Prepare government-related reports (SIINAS, LKPM, BPS, Bank Indonesia)
• Support finance team with reconciliations, accruals, provisions and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Taxation
• Professional certification (Brevet A & B, or equivalent) is a must.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate tax or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in accounting software: SAGE ACCPAC and SAP will be a plus point
• Ability to work on own initiative and ideally having experience working with cross functional teams
• Strong personality and good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and can work within a team
