We are looking for a Junior Investor Relations Associate to support our Investment and Deal Flow team. In this role, you will help manage investor communications, support fundraising and deal‑matching activities, and assist in evaluating investment opportunities. You’ll work closely with founders, investors, and senior team members to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality engagement across our investor network.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands‑on exposure in venture capital, private markets, and startup fundraising.

• Support day‑to‑day communication with investors, family offices, and partners
• Assist in managing investor outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship tracking
• Review and analyze startup investment opportunities and pitch materials
• Support private equity and venture fundraising processes and deal coordination
• Assist with basic financial analysis, market research, and investment memos
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and deal flow tools
• Coordinate meetings, introductions, and follow‑ups between founders and investors
• Support senior team members on fundraising strategy and investor matchmaking initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in venture capital, investments, startups, and fundraising
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks
• Basic understanding of financial concepts; financial modeling experience is a plus

• Work remotely while gaining exposure to regional and cross‑border deals
• Learn directly from founders, investors, and senior finance professionals
• Hands‑on experience in fundraising, investor relations, and deal flow
• Clear growth path into Investor Relations, Investment Associate, or Advisory roles
