Costing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage product costing processes, including product cost calculation and variance analysis.
• Analyze cost variances between standard cost and actual cost, and identify root causes.
• Prepare periodic cost reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate material usage, labor, and overhead costs in the production process.
• Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and control to support company profitability.
• Collaborate with production, PPIC, and finance teams on cost and budgeting matters.
• Support internal and external audits related to production cost.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing, preferably in food/beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
• Good understanding of product costing, variance analysis, standard cost, and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
