Job opportunity for Technical Support Product POS Kasir F&B at Aksi in KOTA BEKASI, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.
Kualifikasi- Melakukan implementasi sistem POS di merchant sesuai jadwal
- Melakukan setup dan konfigurasi perangkat POS (tablet, printer, dll)
- Melakukan input, validasi, dan migrasi data produk
- Memastikan data produk terinput dengan benar dan sistem dapat digunakan
- Memberikan training penggunaan POS kepada owner/karyawan merchant
- Menjelaskan alur transaksi dan operasional sistem POS
- Menangani kendala teknis awal (troubleshooting) di lapangan
- Melakukan serah terima implementasi (BAST) dengan owner merchant
- Membuat laporan dan dokumentasi hasil implementasi
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait progres dan kendala lapangan
