Mate Career is seeking a Russian-speaking, hands-on Project Manager with strong Product Management skills to join our fintech team. You will collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering team to turn vague ideas into clear requirements, user flows, wireframes, and executable delivery plans.
You'll own backlog refinement, plan sprints, and coordinate releases while balancing scope, risk, and dependencies in a fast-paced early-stage environment. Fintech experience is strongly preferred.
