- Monitoring and Maintenance :
Regularly monitor the ASRS system's performance, including storage and retrieval processes, equipment status, and software functionality. - Troubleshooting :
Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ASRS system, both hardware and software, working with vendors or internal IT support as needed. - User Support :
Provide assistance and guidance to users on how to operate the ASRS system, including training and troubleshooting common issues. - System Administration :
Manage user access, permissions, and data within the ASRS system. - Reporting :
Generate reports on system performance, usage, and any issues encountered. - Software Updates :
Assist with testing and implementing software updates and upgrades to the ASRS system - Hardware Maintenance :
Perform basic hardware maintenance, such as replacing components or coordinating with specialized technicians for more complex repairs - Documentation :
Maintain accurate documentation of the ASRS system, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps - Inventory Management :
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting within the ASRS system, especially if it's integrated with inventory management software - Safety Compliance :
Ensure the ASRS system operates safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
