Technical Lab
This position supports product development, evaluation, and improvement through laboratory trials, product testing, and technical evaluations. The role provides technical support to the Sales team and customers, identifies customer requirements, and recommends suitable product or application solutions.
Key responsibilitiesSupport the development, evaluation, and improvement of products and applications
Conduct laboratory trials, product testing, and technical evaluations
Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers
Assist in identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable product or application solutions
Support customer trials, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate product-development records
Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Sales, and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues
About youMinimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry or a related science discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Interested in product development and customer-focused technical support
Able to work independently and collaboratively with Sales and other internal teams
