DATA CENTER Mandarin Translator

We’re looking for a Mandarin Translator to be the communication bridge between our local team and international partners. You’ll translate documents, interpret in meetings, and ensure smooth collaboration across cultures. Accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity are key to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities

Translate technical documents, SOPs, and operational reports from Mandarin into English/Indonesian and vice versa

Act as an interpreter during meetings, presentations, and technical discussions between local teams and Chinese counterparts.

Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when bridging communication between diverse teams.

Facilitate cross-department communication related to data center operations (IT, maintenance, cabling, asset management)

Prepare summaries or reports of translated materials for internal use

Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with technical context

Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Mandarin Language, Literature, or related fields

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply), preferably in IT or data center industry.

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with strong command of English/Indonesian.

Familiarity with IT terminology, networking, and data center operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to bridge multicultural teams.

Willing to be assigned to company locations as required.
