Our client is a Manufacturing (automotive) company
. Currently, they are looking for IT Staff Infrastructure (FG welcome).
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software) to ensure high availability for daily operations.
Support the ERP system, including user issues, access management, and coordination with vendors or consultants when needed.
Perform routine backups, system updates, and preventive maintenance.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points.
Troubleshoot Fortinet firewall and Mikro Tik devices.
Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, patching, and user access control.
Maintain network topology documentation and IT asset records.
Handle user requests and incidents for hardware, software, printers, email, and Windows OS.
Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues between machines (IoT/PLC) and IT systems.
Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to solve machine-related system problems.
Job Requirements:Associate degree (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a minimum of 2 years of experience as IT staff in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Able to troubleshoot Fortinet and Mikro Tik devices.
Able to configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points, with a good understanding of network topology.
Understanding of how IoT/PLC works on machines, with the ability to troubleshoot at a basic level.
Basic programming skills and strong logical thinking.
Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
