About The Company AndThe Role
SVETET is a remote software and digital product company for clients in high-check markets (US, UAE, UK, AU, CA, EU) and CIS. Custom software, web apps, mobile products, CRM/automation, and conversion websites — commercial work, not slide decks.
The team works remotely in Russian and English. Timezone overlap is agreed with the lead — not a fake corporate 9-to-6.
We hire people who ship real product work and care about outcomes — not resume spam from regions we do not hire in.
We need a systems analyst between the client and engineering: gather requirements, write FSD / tech specs, demo increments, and keep integrations (REST, CRM, messengers) coherent so commercial sites and cabinets do not silently break.
What we expect- 1–3 years as a systems / business analyst on IT products or agency delivery.
- Basic SQL for checking data and joining statuses.
- Experience with UML and/or BPMN diagrams.
- Comfortable in Word / Confluence / Jira (or equivalents).
- Understanding of relational databases and typical client-server patterns.
- You know how REST, SOAP, and message queues differ in practice.
- Official contract / B2B or employment.
- Remote full-time; schedule agreed with the lead.
- Paid trial: a short requirements pack or FSD slice on a live brief.
- Real commercial inventory — shops, lead sites, CRM loops — not toy case studies.
- Rate review after the first delivered milestone.
- Work next to engineers who ship; your specs get built.
- Collect and analyze business requirements from commercial clients.
- Agree functional and system specifications with stakeholders and the team.
- Demo new functionality to the business customer and capture feedback.
- Coordinate project questions across design, frontend, backend, and QA.
- Analyze defects in web / mobile client-server flows with clear reproduction steps.
- Write detailed FSD / technical assignments when the integration surface is non-trivial.
