Warehouse Manager Qualifications
- Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial Engineering / Management or other Engineering from a reputable university.
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, Warehouse & Supply Chain, and 3 years managing a manufacturing company.
- Have experience using SAP system, especially PP and MM modules.
- Have experience working in local and global environments in multinational companies.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Good understanding of materials and production processes and ISO standards.
- Have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong skills in analysis, planning, negotiation, and problem‐solving.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply & demand management.
