Procurement Specialist

Negotiate prices with vendors to reduce procurement costs and ensure best value.

Maintain and update supplier database (prices, lead times, delivery reliability, catalogs, contacts) to support supplier selection and sourcing.

Manage the full purchasing cycle (PR → PO → delivery), prepare authorized Purchase Orders, and ensure purchases meet agreed price, quality, and specifications.

Monitor supplier performance objectively and track deliveries to ensure users receive items as specified.

Handle procurement documentation and administration (PR, PO, quotations, contracts, supporting documents) and perform price comparisons for each purchase.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years as a Procurement Specialist.

Proven procurement experience and knowledge of procurement management processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Good organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
