Position: Hands-On Supply Chain Leader: End-to-End Ops )

Matcha Talent seeks a Supply Chain Manager for a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced multinational environment. You will oversee planning, materials management, and distribution, coordinating with regional stakeholders while actively driving operations on the floor.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, plus 3–5 years in leadership and strong expertise in Lean, ELS principles, and ERP/WMS systems. English proficiency required.
