We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our Purchasing, Import, Production Planning, and Warehouse functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct S&OP demand planning activity on monthly basis using sales data, shared forecast or any statistic tools to prevent shortage or excessive stock as well as to maintain inventory level at optimum level.
Lead, manage, and develop the Purchasing, Import, Production Planning, and Warehouse team.
Oversee purchasing activities, supplier management, and procurement processes.
Manage material and production planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments.
Monitor and improve supply chain performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Utilize SAP S/4 HANA on MM and PP modules to support purchasing, material management, inventory, and production planning processes.
Identify supply chain risks and implement appropriate improvement and mitigation strategies.
Establish and monitor relevant Supply Chain KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Operational Management or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar managerial position;
OR
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor-level position within Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA in both MM and PP modules is required.
Proven Data Analytic skills
to interpret many data and able to work with more than thousand SKUs
Proven experience and involvement in projects (preferably cost-saving initiatives).
Strong ability on negotiation and relationship management.
Strong knowledge of purchasing, planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Fluent in English
, both written and spoken.
Sufficient experience working on multinational environment.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good ability to manage multiple functions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement.
