• Proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Technician, Field Service Engineer, or similar role with a strong emphasis on remote support capabilities.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring tools.
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in industrial settings.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
